Add a new ws to send an announcement.
These should follow one of a few templates as opposed to being user configurable, however the content and colour should be configurable by the user.
Type could be something like a lower third style, maybe a full screen option.
Also the ability to decide where to send the announcement, by screen, playlist or all and how long it should display.
